INVITATION TO TENDER
The Mombasa Investment Corporation (MIC) invites sealed bids for the following tender:

Interested and eligible tenderers may download the tender document FREE OF CHARGE from the MIC website
www.investmombasa.go.ke and the Public Procurement and Information Portal (PPIP) http://www.tenders.go.ke.
Bidders are advised to regularly visit the Mombasa Investment Corporation (MIC) website to obtain any additional
information/addendum on the tender. All addenda/additional information on the tender shall be posted on the
website as they become available.
Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the Mombasa Investment Corporation (MIC) Office –
Procurement Directorate.
Duly completed bid documents in plain, sealed envelopes bearing the tender name, tender number and its
description must be deposited at the Tender Box located at The Mombasa Investment Corporation (MIC) offices
Off Links Road, Mombasa Water Offices Compound – Opposite Lantana Drive on or before 20th May, 2026.
All bidding documents should reach the said venue on or before 20th May 2026, 1000 Hours East African Time and
addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates who choose to attend or their
representatives, at MIC Boardroom.
Interested tenders are further notified that a pre – bid conference meeting/ site visit shall be held at the following date,
time and place:
Date: 27th April, 2026
Time: 1000 Hours, East African Time
Place: MIC Boardroom
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and 0.03% PPRA capacity building levy. The tender shall remain
valid for (180) days from the closing date of the tender.
Canvassing or lobbying for the tender shall lead to automatic disqualification. The County Government of Mombasa
reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
