INVITATION TO TENDER
TWO YEARS FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND
CONFERENCE FACILITIES FOR THE KENYA INSTITUTE OF CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
TENDER NO: KICD/FC/15/2024-2025
1. The Kenya Institute Of Curriculum Development invites sealed tenders for two
years framework contract for Provision of hotel accommodation and
conference facilities for the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development on “ as
and when required basis” for a period of two (2) years.
2. Tendering will be conducted under a Framework Agreement Procurement
arrangement using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all
service providers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect
the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address
given below. More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’
Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded for free from the
www.kicd.ac.ke or from the supplier portal https.//www.tenders.go.ke
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@kicd.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted in the Sequence 1, 2, 3.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11.00
a.m, Friday,9th May,2025. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly
opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose
to attend at the address below.
