The interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect tender documents at the Supply Chain M ment Department Room No.6, Administration Block from Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 4:00pm.Tender doct with detailed specifications and conditions can be downloaded free of charge from the KNH Website (www.knh.or.ke) , the Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke ). Hard copies can be obtained from the office of the D Supply Chain Management located at the Hospital’s Main Administration Block Room 6 from Monday to Friday betwee a.m. to 4.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 per tender document via Mpesa pay bill No.63 Account Number -Name of Supplier and. obtain an official receipt from Cash Office (Administration Block).

Bidders who choose to download the tender documents from the website free of charge should immediately emal name and contact details (cell phone number, email, and company name) to: procurementknh@gmail.com for recon communication of any tender clarifications and addenda.

There shall be a Mandatory Site Visits on 4th and 5th May 2021, 10:30am at Kenyatta National Hospital for Tender No  KNH/T/34/2021-2023 Procurement for provision of Garbage and General Waste Collection Services (Reserve Youth, Women & People Living with Disability), Tender No. KNH/T/35/2021-2023 Procurement for Provision gardening Services (Reserved for Youth, Women & People Living with Disability), Tender No. KNH/T/114/2020-202 Operational Leasing of Laboratory Equipment (Tissue Embedding Station, Staining & Glass Cover Slipping Workstations Immunohistochemistry Equipment, Tissue Vacuum Infiltration Processor) and Tender No. KNH/T/1 19/2020- Disposal of Firewood Cookers. All bidders MUST fill the site visit certificates attached in the tender documents an certificates should be signed by authorized staff of the Hospital.
