Prices quoted should be fixed and inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 126 days from the closing date.

Completed Serialized Bidding Documents, [Paginated) one original and one copy in plain sealed envelope clearly marked on top with the Tender Number and Tender Name/Description, should be addressed to the

P.O. BOX 210-30302. Lessos.

Completed Bidding Documents must be deposited in the Tender Box provided at Ol’lessos Technical Training Institute Administration Block, to be received on/ or before 23rd February, 2023 at 1200 Noon (East African Time).

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter on 23rd  February, 2023 at 1200 Noon (East African Time] in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives of bidders who will choose to attend at Ol’lessos Technical Training Institute Boardroom.

Ol’lessos Technical Training Institute does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

Late tenders will be rejected

All other conditions in the invitation to tenderers remain the same.
