  1. The tenderer MUST chronologically serialize all the pages of the tender document submitted including attachments.
  2. There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Tender Site Visit on Tuesday, 1st February, 2022 at 10.00 am to 11.00 am at Karatina Town Hall offices – Mathira East Sub-County, and at Othaya Sub County Offices at 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm on the same day
  3. Complete tender documents to be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke. So as to be received on or before Monday, 7th February, 2022 at 11.00 am as indicated in the IFMIS PORTAL

Interested bidders who meet all the conditions as indicated in the tender document and can view and download the documents in the County Government of Nyeri website www.nyeri.go.ke and IFMIS Supplier Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge.

Bidders Must also submit hard copies of their completed tender document in plain sealed envelopes with the tender number clearly marked at the right hand corner and bearing no indication of the identity of the tenderer and should be addressed to:

and placed in the tender box located on the ground floor at the Offices of the Governor, P. 0 Box 1112 -10100, Nyeri or sent by post to reach the above address before or not later than 7th February,2022at 11:00 am. Submitted tender documents shall be opened publicly soon after the above stated closing date and time in the Governors Boardroom, in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted or opened.
