The County Government of Tana River invites sealed bids from Interested firms for the tenders specified hereunder.

Interested bidders can view/obtain the tender document from the County Government of Tana River website www.tanarivercounty.go.ke and /or the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  using the unique IFMIS negotiation number given above.

N/B: Hard copies will not be accepted

Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as a minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

  1. Dully Certified Copy of registration/incorporation certificate
  2. Dully Certified Valid Tax compliance certificate
  3. Dully filled, signed and stamped form of tender
  4. 2% Bid Security of the bid sum (from approved institutions, proper validity period,
  5. Minimum litigation history, (sworn affidavit to be provided)
  6. Dully filled, signed and stamped confidential business questionnaire form
  7. Must attain valid business permit.

Bidders MUST submit their application through the IFMIS Portal not later than 24TH FEBRUARY, 2023. Tenders will be opened on 24TH FEBRUARY, 2023 at 10.00 am at the tana  river county government office in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late tenders will be returned unopened
