VARIOUS TENDER NOTICE JANUARY 2024 – MURANGA COUNTY GOVERNMENT

MURANGA COUNTY GOVERNMENT TENDER JANUARY 2024 

Muranga County Government initiated implementation of Community Projects Program. The rationale for this program is to ensure fairness and equity in distribution of development projects within a the county electoral units [Wards].

The Program entails implementation of development projects prioritized by the local communities. The Program puts emphasis on devolved functions such as ECDEs centers, health facilities renovation, construction and last mile water connectivity among others that have impact on local communities.

Therefore interested bidders are invited to submit their bids for the following tenders.

Interested bidders may examine and obtain detailed tender documents free of charge from our website www.rnuranga.go.ke and also the public procurement information web-portal https://tenders.go.ke/ website.

Mandatory Requirements

The following MUST be submitted together with the bid;

1. Certificate of Registration/ Incorporation
2. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
3. Valid Muranga County business permit [small works/services repair /contractor up to 5 employees)
4. Registration certificate from relevant bodies/authorities
5. Valid Registration Certificate From National Treasury [AGPO] For Special Category groups
6. Valid Annual Practicing License with the NCA in the classes specified in tender document – where applicable
7. Details of company directors [CR12 ISSUED WITHIN SIX MONTH FROM THE TENDER OPENING DATE]
8. Copies of National Identification documents for all Directors
9. Bidders shall sequentially serialize all pages of each tender submitted
10. Eligibility
11. a)To enhance equity, bidders shall bid for a maximum of Three under this Tender Notice. Bidders who participate in more than Three [3] tenders shall be disqualified.
12. b)Director [s] bidding under different companies for the same tender. shall be disqualified
13. c)Director [s] bidding under different companies should not participate in more than Three [3] tenders

Note: Interested Bidders are invited for a pre bid Meeting on Wednesday, 1st February 2024 from 10:00 am at Public Service board Chamber , County Headquarters.

All tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS supper portal and ONE Original of complete tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name and reference number should be deposited in the tender box located at the Murang’a County government head­quarter offices, ground floor or be addressed to;

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
