The Fund Account Manager, NG-CDF NYAKACH CONSTITUENCY wishes to invite tenderers from eligible contractors and suppliers for the following tenders.

The interested bidders are required to have the following documents and certification;
- Certified certificate of registration/ incorporation
- Valid KRA PIN certificate
- Valid tax compliance certificate
- AGPO certificate for firms belonging to the youth, women and persons living with disability
- Proof of completed similar works and/or supplies
- NCA Class three registration
- Recent Audited accounts / bank statement for one year
Additional information will be provided in the tender documents. The tender documents are obtainable from the sub county supply chain Management office during working hours upon payment of Kshs 1,000.00 (One Thousand Only) to the sub county treasury Nyakach.
The completed tender documents sealed in plain envelope and marked with tender name are to be deposited in the tender box at the entrance of the Deputy County Commissioners office – Nyakach Sub County not later than 20th May 2021 at 10.00am. The Tenders will be opened on 20th May 2021 at 10.00 am in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
NOTE;
The design prototype for the school desks can be viewed at the Nyakach National Government – Constituency Development Fund offices during working hours.
