UNIVERSITY OF ELDORET TENDER SEPTEMBER 2022 

TENDER NOTICE

University of Eldoret invites interested and eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender listed below:

Tender requirements, instructions and complete tender documents may be obtained from Procurement Office during normal working hours (Monday-Friday) from 8.00am to 1.00pm and from 2.00pm to 5.00 pm upon payment of non-refundable fee of KES.1000/- in bankers cheque or direct deposit to the University of Eldoret Account or be downloaded from the University of Eldoret website www.uoeld.ac.ke or www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.

 Mandatory pre-tender site visit for the following tender: a) Provision of Garbage Collection Services will be conducted on Tuesday, 13th September, 2022 at University of Eldoret, Main Campus Forestry Building at 11.00a.m

 Tender requirements and instructions can be downloaded from the University website: www.uoeld.ac.ke/ tenders.

Submission of complete tender documents in hard copies in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender name and Tender Reference Number should be addressed and delivered to:

Vice-Chancellor University of Eldoret P.O Box 1125-30100 ELDORET.

 Or deposited in the Tender Box ‘A’ at University of Eldoret Administration Block so as to be received on or before 20th September, 2022 at 11.00 a.m local time.

 Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders/their representatives who choose to attend, at the Forestry Complex Boardroom.

Due to restriction on physical meeting/gatherings as issued by the Government to curb Covid-19, only one representative / tenderer per tender will be allowed to witness the opening.

University shall strictly adhere to guidelines issued by the Government on Covid-19 pandemic during opening of the tenders.

Late tenders shall not be accepted.
