INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPPING OF A 48 STUDENTS’
CAPACITY GIRLS DORMITORY AT BANGALE MIXED DAY SECONDARY SCHOOL IN BURA CONSTITUENCY

The NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCIES DEVELOPMENT BOARD invites sealed tenders for
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPPING OF A 48 STUDENTS’ CAPACITY GIRLS DORMITORY
AT BANGALE MIXED DAY SECONDARY SCHOOL IN BURA CONSTITUENCY
Tendering will be conducted under Open tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to
all interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0800 to 1700 at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained and inspected for free and tender
documents
3. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
4. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 25TH June, 2025
not later than 10.00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
5. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
6. Late tenders will be rejected.
