THE RUIRU PRIMARY & JUNIOR SCHOOL INVITES SEALED TENDERS FOR THE PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF 6NO CLASSROOMS AT RUIRU PRIMARY & JUNIOR SCHOOL IN RUIRU,
KIAMBU COUNTY.
The RUIRU PRIMARY & JUNIOR SCHOOL invites sealed tenders for the construction of 6No Classrooms
at Ruiru Primary & Junior School in Ruiru, Kiambu County.
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours Monday to Friday (8:00 am-5:00pm) at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained from the Website(s) https://tenders.go.ke . Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
3. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes i.e 16%VAT and 0.03% PPRA Levy.
Tender shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening of tenders.
4. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th MARCH 2026 at 10:00 am.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
7. Late tenders will be REJECTED.
