INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTERS, PRINTERS AND OTHER OPERATING ITEMS
TENDER NO. NCC/ENV/T/367/2025-2026
The (Nairobi city county) invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of computers, printers and other operating items:
1. Tendering will be conducted under open national tendering method using a standardized tender document as per PPRA guidelines.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the PPIP Website (www.tenders.go.ke ) free of charge.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours from 0800 to1600 hours at the procurement offices located in city hall 4th
floor room 400 or through official email nairobiprocurement@gmail.com
4. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 4th May, 2026 at 11.30 am. Tenderers who fail to follow the instructions shall
be disqualified.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of [Bid Security of Kshs150,000 Valid for 120 Days.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly
opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
8. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening of tenders
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
