CONSTRUCTION OF A MODERN LIBRARY & RESOURCE CENTRE AND SCIENCE LABORATORY
Mang’u High School invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the proposed Modern Library & Resource Centre and Modern Laboratory. Interested eligible bidders may purchase set of bidding document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000.
The following conditions and documents are mandatory and shall form part of determination or responsiveness.
- Certified Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
- Certified Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate
iii. Certified Copy of KRA Pin Certificate
- Certified Copy of VAT Registration Certificate
- Certified Copy of Registration with the National Construction Authority [NCA] Category NCA6 [Building] and above
- Proof of payment to tender document
vii. Provision of Bids Security of Kshs.250,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee
viii. Certified Copy of CR12 with copies of Directors’ IDs
- Detailed company profile showing adequate relevant equipment [owned or lease] and qualified personnel.
- Proof of similar work of similar magnitude
- Certified copy of audited financial report from a reputable firm for the last three years.
