INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR SHORTLISTING OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION OF 200ML PASTEURIZED, BRANDED LONG-LIFE
MILK TO VARIOUS ECDE CENTRES IN KISII COUNTY UNDER A TWO (2) YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT.

1. The County Government of Kisii invites applications for shortlisting from eligible and qualified suppliers for
the supply and distribution of 200ml pasteurized, branded long-life milk to various ECDE centres within
Kisii County under a two (2) year framework agreement.
2. It is expected that the Expression of Interest (EOI) will be made in April, 2026. Tendering will be conducted
through Open Tender procedures and will be open to all applicants.
3. Interested bidders may download detailed specifications for this assignment from www.kisii.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke. Bidders who need any clarifications may send their particulars immediately to
procurement@kisii.go.ke.
4. Applicants are required to submit their bids MANUALLY by depositing them in the tender box located
outside the County Treasury, Block A, so as to be received on or before 27th April, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Applications that do not fit in the tender box shall be delivered to the Office of the Director, Supply Chain
Management, County Treasury, Block A, Room No. 6, within the same deadline.
5. The applications will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders‟ designated
representatives who choose to attend. The opening exercise will take place at the County Treasury,
Block A, Room No. 2 (Procurement Pool).
