Obtaining bidding documents

Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the www.crvwwda.go.ke or at PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@crvwwda.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

Pre-bid meeting

There shall be a pre-tender site visit for both projects on Tuesday 18th January 2022. Meeting shall be at Miharati Sub- County Water Office at 10:00am

Submission

Complete tender document marked the tender No. must be delivered to the tender box situated at the address below by Tuesday 1st  February, 2022 at 12:00 Noon. Tender for Mugitiri Water Project must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya Shillings Two Hundred Thousand Shillings (Ksh 200,000/-) in form of a bank guarantee, while a duly filled tender securing declaration form must be provided for (Manunga Mahinga) Water Project . The Tenderer shall chrono­logically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Late tenders will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 1205 hours local time on Tuesday 1st February, 2022 in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend, bidders’ representatives who chose to attend must submit written authorization from the firms they are representing. In line with ministry of health guidelines, covid-19 protocols will be observed during opening.
