PROVISION OF FULL DAY CONFERENCING & ACCOMODATION FACILITIES FOR THE 2 ND KASNEB INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONALS’ CONFERENCE

3. KASNEB invites sealed tenders for Provision of Full Day and Accommodation Facilities for the KASNEB International Professionals Conference Monday, 14 September 2026 to Friday, 18 September 2026.
The orders will be generated from KASNEB Towers, Hospital Road, Upper
Hill, Nairobi, in lots as described in the schedule of requirements/specifications.
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standard tender
document. Tendering is open.
5. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers.
6. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 9.00 A.M to 3:00P.M. during the working days Monday to
Friday at the address given below.
8. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders
upon payment of a non- refundable fees of (Amount in Kenya shillings Ksh.1,000) through
Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be
obtained electronically from the Website www.kasneb.or.ke. Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.

9. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security of shillings one hundred thousand
(Shs.100,000)” or “Tender-Securing Declaration in case of Special group firms (NOT
APPLICABLE)
10. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
11. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, 21 April 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
