NOTE
1. Only Manual submissions of completed tender documents shall be allowed.
The Evaluation and Qualification criteria of bids shall be applied as described in the tender documents.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the relevant tender number and name
should be addressed to:-

And be hand delivered at the Supply Chain Management Office Department of Trade and Small and Medium
Enterprises, Machakos, on or before 08TH APRIL 2026 at 11.00 AM EAT, and the opening will take place
immediately thereafter, at the Department of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Boardroom, in the
presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late Bids will not be accepted.
