PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A HOSTEL BLOCK AT KWALE TEACHERS’ TRAINING COLLEGE, KINANGO

Kwale Teachers Training College, Kinango, invites tenders from qualified contractors for the Proposed Construction of a Hostel Block at Kwale Teachers Training College. The eligible contractor MUST possess the pre-requisite qualification including but not limited to the following:

1. Business Registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation
2. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
3. CR12/CR13 from the registrar of companies
4. Valid business permit
5. Valid Certificate of Registration and License from the National Construction Authority NCA 5 and below or builders works and NCA 6 and below for mechanical and electrical works
6. Valid Bid Security of Ksh. 600,000/= from a reputable Bank in Kenya
7. MUST meet all the Mandatory requirements as captured in the Conditions of Contract in the tender document

Prices should include ALL cost of supply, Delivery and VAT. Tender document [can be downloaded from the website www.kwalettc.ac.ke  or collected from the College Procurement office during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000/= per tender document.
