INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ROUNDABOUT AND WATER FOUNTAIN AT GARISSSA COUNTY ASSEMBLY.
TENDER NO: GCA/T/10/2024-2025
1. The Garissa County Assembly invites sealed tenders for the construction of PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION
OF ROUNDABOUT AND WATER FOUNTAIN AT GARISSSA COUNTY ASSEMBLY.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [0900 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.
4. Interested eligible bidders can obtain tender document, containing detailed terms and conditions of tendering which
may be downloaded free of charge from Garissa County assembly website, Tender documents obtained electronically
will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.garissaassembly.go.ke. or
from IFMIS portal Tenderers who download the tender documentmust forward their particulars immediately to
procure.gcaassembly@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification oraddendum.
6. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and service delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and
shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Duly completed tender document should be submitted through IFMIS supplier portal and a hard copy to be
enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly bearing only the tender number and the title of the tender should be
deposited in the Tender Box, outside Procurement office on or before FRIDAY 16TH may 2025, 10:00am at

All prospective Tenderers are advised to make a pre-tender site visit before quoting for the works.
