PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF TUITION BLOCK AT KENYA INSTITUTE OF SURVEYING AND MAPPING (KISM) IN RUARAKA, NAIROBI COUNTY. Tender No: SDLPP/OT/02/2023-2024 (IFMIS Neg. No: 1478328 – 2023/2024).
- The State Department for Lands and Physical Planning invites tenders from eligible bidders for the above tender.
- Interested eligible candidates may obtain a complete set of tender documents with detailed qualification criteria at the State Department for Lands and Physical Planning website: www.ardhi.go.ke and also at the IFMIS portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and search using the unique IFMIS Tender Number provided against the tender above.
- 2Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings inclusive of all taxes and shall remain valid for 126 days from the date of opening offenders.
- Completed tender documents shall be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender document so as to be received on or before 12th April, 2024 at 11.00 am. East African time.
- Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the State Department for Lands and Physical Planning, Ardhi House, 1st Ngong Avenue, Ngong Road 12th floor wing B, room 1213.
- Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at Ardhi House 12th floor, Wing B, Boardroom.
- Any late tender will be rejected.
