Interested Bidders may examine and obtain detailed Tender documents by downloading from the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke or the County website www.machakos.go.ke.
The evaluation criteria shall be as described in the Tender document under instructions to tenders.
A mandatory pre site visit by all interested bidders to be conducted by the Procuring Entity shall take place on 07th March, 2024 starting at 11.00am at Machakos Youth Center.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the tender box located on the Ground Floor of Machakos County Government headquarters on or before Thursday 21st March, 2024 at 11.00AM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Original bid security MUST be delivered to the Supply Chain Management Office based at the Department of Youth and Sports during official working hours, on or before tender close date. For any enquires kindly communicate in writing via, supplychainigimachakos.go.ke
Please note that ONLINE SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All tender documents must be submitted MANUALLY.
