Other Details	The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates in the special category (Women) for the provision of provision of cleaning, sanitary and fumigation services for two years effective 1^st January 2021. The PPRA offices are in Nairobi, Mombasa, Eldoret, Kisumu and Nakuru. The contract will be subject to annual Satisfactory Performance review. Tenderers are invited to undertake the site visit before bidding to verify details and scope of services as guided in the tender document NB *The PPRA Headquarter Offices in the National Bank Building in Nairobi shall be relocated to the KISM Towers, Ngong Road in the First Quarter of 2021.* The Relocation of the Head Office to Ngong Road, KISM Towers during the execution of the contract will affect the contractor’s deployment and therefore the applicable rates shall be prorated under the existing terms and conditions. The Contractor *will be advised on the relocation details which is expected to be within the first quarter of year 2021.*
