REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)-FIRM SELECTION

1. The Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation, State Department for Water and Sanitation invites
sealed Request for Proposal for the above consultancy services
2. Tendering will be conducted under Request for Proposal Method using the new revised standardized
tender document.
3. The completed Request for Proposal tender documents, in one (1) original and one (1) copy properly
paginated must be delivered to the Tender Box on Ground Floor sent to the address below.
Bulky tender documents should be registered in Room 322 during normal working hours.
The request for proposal tender documents should be clearly marked and addressed to:

4. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.
5. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders or representatives who
choose to attend and sign a record of attendance.
6. Qualified and interested consulting firms may obtain a complete set of Request for Proposal
tender Documents in English language free of charge from the Ministry’s Website
