NBO-EST-22-2025 : PROVISION OF DSTV SET-UP.CONNECTION AND REPAIR SERVICES
On behalf of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) as represented by British High Commission – Nairobi, I am requesting a quote from you for the PROVISION OF DSTV SET-UP, CONNECTION AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR THE BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION NAIROBI. Further details on the requirement are set out in the Statement of Requirements.
Please include in your reply to a nominated point of contact with telephone, e-mail, and postal address details.
Your quote should remain valid for [90] days from the required date of receipt and all costs should be of inclusive all costs.
Your quote must be received on or before 11 December 2025 at 1600 hours (Kenyan time). NB: Please provide a detailed quotation – outlining the total cost as requested in this document.
The site survey will be on 4th December 2025 at 09.00.a.m at Upper Hill then Residence and finalise at Gitanga. Names and ID number of those attending site survey(a maximum of two people) should be sent to nairobiprocurement@fcdo.gov.uk on or before 2nd December 2025 by 10.00 a.m.
NB: Please provide a detailed quotation – outlining the total cost as requested in this document.
The Technical bid and Commercial/financial offer should be submitted as separate documents via email to Nairobiprocurement@fcdo.gov.uk and Nairobiquotations@fcdo.gov.uk only. Please use the contract ref NBO-EST-22-2025 in the email subject header.

Should you wish to provide an alternative solution that meets our requirements, you are free to do so; however, you must also submit the attached standard proposals as well.
Should your quote be accepted, this request, the statement of requirements and your response will form the basis of a contract between you and the FCDO under the terms and conditions.
This Request for quote does not constitute in any way any commitment on the part of the FCDO.
