The NG-CDF KIPIPIRI Constituency invites bids from interested and eligible bidders for the supply , delivery and labeling/branding of 5,000 Litres and 2,500 litres water tanks with NG-CDF KIPIPIRI complete with ball valve, overflow outlet and 20 mm water tap as illustrated below;

Bid documents with all necessary details shall be obtained from the Kipipiri NG CDF office at a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 only/
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- A copy of firm registration/incorporation certificate.
- A copy of valid tax compliance certificate.
- A copy of CR-12 Certificate
- Business permit from any County Government
- Proof of previous supply with at least 75% of the total value of the bid.
- Certified Audited Account for the last three (3) years.
- Sworn Statement
- Duly filled tender questioner.
- Properly filled, signed and rubber stamped tender document where applicable.
- Duly filled Form offender.
- Litigation History
- All the attachments (1-7) must be signed and rubber stamped by advocate or commissioner of oath.
Sealed tender documents marked with tender No and addressed to NG-CDF KIPIPIRI Fund Account Manager will be deposited at tender box situated entrance of the NG-CDF Office Miharati on or before Tuesday 11th May 2021 at 11:00am
Late bid submission shall not be accepted. Tender Documents shall be opened immediately in the presence of all interested bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend .Kindly note that all laid down Covid -19 protocols will be observed as stipulated by Ministry of Health.
