INVITATION FOR TENDERS
The Mvita NG-CDF invites interested contractors to participate in the below tenders.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR TENDERING
Mandatory Requirements
The following MUST be submitted together with the Bid:
a. Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
b. Certified copy of PIN certificate with VAT Obligation
c. Valid Tax compliance certificate (Will be verified on the KRA TCC Checker)
d. Certified Copy of recent CR 12 form (last 9 months)
f. National Identity Cards / Passports of Directors
g. Valid Single Business Permit from Mombasa County
h. Form of tender correctly filled, signed & stamped
i. Confidential Business Questionnaire correctly filled, signed & stamped
j. Certificate of Independent Tender Determination correctly filled, signed & stamped.
k. Bidders Must Serialize sequentially ALL pages of the tender documents.
Other Requirements
1. Similar previous experience where applicable
2. Proof of Financial capacity
3. Any form of Canvassing will lead to disqualification
4. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at
the offices of NG-CDF MVITA located at Ronald Ngala Primary School : NG-CDF Office during normal working
hours.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested contractors upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand only (Kshs. 1000) in cash. Tender Document and Bills
of Quantities in soft copies can also be downloaded from the Government website: tenders.go.ke.
The downloaded Tender Documents must be brought to the office to be signed and stamped by the Fund
Account Manager before the deadline for submission.
8. Duly filled tender documents in an enclosed plain envelope marked with tender number may be
deposited in the tender Box situated at the first-floor office or addressed to NG-CDF MVITA P. O.
BOX 43258-80100 MOMBASA so as to be received on or before 22nd April 2026 at 10.am. Prices
quoted must be net inclusive of all applicable taxes and should be expressed in Kenyan Shillings and
should remain valid for 120 days from the closing date.
