Title: SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF TEXT BOOKS AND TEACHING MATERIALS
FCA is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested suppliers in supplying of the following Tenders:
Text books and Teaching Materials.
- 4,070 KLB Visionary Pupils’ Text books
- 110 Visionary Teachers’ guides
- 60 Curriculum Designs
- 2,360 assorted ECDE materials.
Bidding will be conducted through an open tender procedure.
- All the goods are for a humanitarian project in implemented by FCA in Kalobeyei/Kakuma.
- All goods to be delivered to FCA offices either in Nairobi or Kakuma.
- Please note, the bid prices shall be quoted in KES only inclusive of VAT.
All bids, in English only, must be submitted as one fully scanned document (both the tender dossier and supporting documents) online through E-mail: _Kenya.tender1@kua.fi_with the tender reference number as the subject of the mail: by 23:59 Kenyan time on 3/05/2021. Late bids will be rejected.
Applicants with enquiries regarding these tender should send them in writing via E-mail Keco.Procurement@kua.fi up to 24/04/2021 by 1700hrs.
- Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, tender opening will take place on 10/5/2021 at 10.00 am through zoom (Please share the company representative’s email where the link will be sent).
- Tender documents will be available from 12/04/2021 at 0800hrs to 3/05/2021 by 1700hrs. Interested Bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents in English at no cost from the contact mentioned below.
