REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
TENDER DESCRIPTION: PROVISION OF DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES
TENDER NUMBER: KNH/RFP/006/2025-2026
Kenyatta National Hospital invites sealed tenders from interested, qualified and competent audit
firms possessing the requisite license, skills, resources and experience for the provision of Debt
Collection Services.
1.1 Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents
at the KNH Administration Block- Supply Chain Management room 6 between 9:00am to 4:00pm,
Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
1.2 The tender document can be accessed and downloaded from the Hospital’s website www.knh.or.ke
or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) supplier portal (http://www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
1.3 Proposal document can also be obtained from the office of the Director, Supply Chain Management
located at the Hospital’s Main Administration Block Room 6 from Monday to Friday between 9.00
a.m. to 4.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 per document in the form
of Cash, Bankers Cheque or Money order made payable to Kenyatta National Hospital..
1.4 The firms that download the document must arrange to forward their particulars/contacts to
Procurement through email address procurement@knh.or.ke before the closing date for records and
for the purposes of receiving clarifications and/or addendum, if any. Additional information relating
to this tender, if any, will be availed through the Hospital’s website and PPIP from time to time.
1.5 Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain
valid for a period of 119 days from the closing date of the tender.
1.6 Tenders shall be SECURELY BOUND (SPIRAL OR BOOK), paginated and serialized in the correct sequence.
Duly completed RFP documents, in a plain sealed envelope marked; “Debt Collection Services.
1.7 FIRMS): KNH/RFP/006/2025-2026 should be returned and deposited in the Tender Box
situated at the Supply Chain Department entrance at the Administration Block on or
before 14/05/2026 at 10.00am.

The Technical and Financial proposals should be enclosed in separate envelopes clearly marked as
shownbelow before enclosure in an outer envelope:
Technical proposal: RFP for the provision of Debt Collection Services.
Financial proposal: RFP for the provision of Debt Collection Services.
Technical Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to
attend at KNH Administration Block- Supply Chain Management entrance.
