INVITATION TO TENDER
DISPOSAL OF ASSORTED BOARDED ITEMS
TENDER NO: CMA/ONT 003/2025-20
- The Capital Markets Authority now invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to purchase Assorted
Boarded Items. - Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below. Items will be
sold as they are, without any encumbrances. - Interested tenderers may inspect the goods to be sold during office hours, Monday to Friday from 21st
April 2026 to 29th April 2026, between 10:00AM and 13:00PM and be issued with a site visit certificate
to be attached in the Bidder Tender Document to be submitted by the bidder. - A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from the following websites; www.cma.or.ke
and www.tenders.go.ke at no cost or can be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of nonrefundable fees of Kshs.1,000 in cash or banker’s cheque payable at:

Tenderers will be required to pay in advance a refundable deposit of KES. 2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five
Hundred Shillings Only) for one or all items as indicated in the Appendix to Instructions to tenderers. - Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday, 29th April, 2026
11:00am. Electronic Tenders will NOT be permitted. - Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from
the closing date of the tender. - Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders will be
publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected.
