TENDER FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO UNDERTAKE A COUNTRYWIDE ROAD INVENTORY AND CONDITION SURVEY

KENYA ROADS BOARD TENDER OCTOBER 2021 

Kenya Roads Board (KRB) invites Tenders from eligible consultants to provide consultancy services as listed below:

1)      Consultancy Services to undertake a Countrywide Road Inventory and Condition Survey: County Roads Zone 2 (open to all bidders)

2)      Consultancy Services to undertake a Countrywide Road Inventory and Condition Survey: County Roads Zone 3 (open to all bidders)

3)      Consultancy Services to undertake a Countrywide Road Inventory and Condition Survey: County Roads Zone 4 (open to all bidders)

Detailed ‘Request for Proposals’ (RFP) documents can be viewed and downloaded from KRB’s website http://www.krb.go.ke or http://www.tenders.go.ke . The documents can also be inspected and/or obtained from Supply Chain Management Office on 3rd Floor, Kenya Re Towers, Off Ragati Road on working days between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm. Each Tender document costs Kshs. 1,000; however, bidders who download Tender documents from the website will not be charged any fee.

Bidders are requested to send names and email address of their contact persons to facilitate communication and clarification of issues during the Tendering period. Bidders should also constantly check KRB’s website Cwww.krb.go.ke) for any addendums and other updates.

The closing date of these Tenders is Tuesday, 16th November 2021 at 12.00 Noon. The Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in KRB’s Boardroom on 3rd Floor in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend. Any proposals received after the closing time shall be returned unopened.
