The County Government of Kiambu invites sealed tenders in the financial year 2021/2022 as follows:

Tendering will be conducted under the competitive method (National Open Tender] and is open to all eligible, qualified, and interested Tenderers.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the www.tenders.go.ke or www.kiambu.go.ke free of charge.
Tenderers downloading documents from the websites shall advise the County that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving complete contact addresses of the tenderer [email, telephone number, and postal address immediately to procurement@kiambu.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum
All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of at least Kenya Shillings 1,500,000 valid for a period of 180 days after tender closing as prescribed.
Completed tenders must be Dropped-off at the Tender Box outside the Supply Chain Management Office -Room 15B, Ground Floor, Thika Townhall or mailed to the address below so as to reach before 1200hrs, on Friday, 6th August 2021 Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later, publicly and in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the Thika Townhall Chambers.
Late tenders will be rejected.
