KTDA Management Services Ltd [KTDA] invites tenders from local tea machinery and equipment manufacturers and authorised agents for supply, installation and commissioning of assorted tea machinery and equipment for its managed Tea Factories on framework contract arrangement. Interested eligible local suppliers may obtain detailed tender documents from procurement office located on third floor Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi during office hours, upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee. Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street Nairobi, to be received not later than 27TH February 2024 at 09.30 AM local time. Tenders will be opened on the same day.
The tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the login credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
