The Kenya Meat Commission now invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to purchase
Unserviceable Motor Vehicle and Lorry Trailers
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information during normal working hours from

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of
non-refundable fees of Kshs0 in cash or banker’s cheque payable to Kenya Meat Commission.
The document can also be viewed and downloaded from the website www.kenyameat.co.ke
.Bidders that download the tender document from the website will not be required to pay any fee.
Tenderers will be required to pay in advance a refundable deposit as indicated in the tender
document.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender
reference number and the tender name and addressed to

Kenya Meat Commission.

Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located on the Managing Commissioners Office
Kenya Meat Commission Athi-River on or before Friday March 31 2023 at 11.00am
Bidders are advised to visit the various sites where respective items are located to know the
conditions as is. Site visits can me be made any time within working days but before tender
closing date.
Pre-bid conference will be held as follows
Friday March 24h
2023, 10.00am at Athi-River Procurement Office
Tenders will be opened Friday March 31 2023 at 11.15am in the presence of the candidates’
representatives who choose to attend on date and time at Kenya Meat Commission, AthiRiver, Board Room, Managing Commissioners office.
