PROPOSED COMPLETION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL AT MUNDIKA HIGH SCHOOL 

1. The Matayos NGCDF invites sealed tenders for the completion of multi-purpose hall at Mundika High School
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Competitive Method National using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours from 0800hrs to 1700hrs atthe address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of Kshs N/A (tenderers will be required to download the tender) in casher Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.

Tender documents will be obtained electronically from the Website https://tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

1. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website https://tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to cdfmatayos@ngcdf.go.ke;0791273298;P.O. BOX1055-50400, BUSIA to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

2. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120daysfromthe date of opening of tenders.

3. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 100,000 from a reputable bank or insurance agency approved by the PPRA valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening.

4. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 5th May, 2026 at 10.00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later.

Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
