The County Assembly of Machakos invites applicants from qualified & eligible firms to bid for the following tenders;

Note: There shall be mandatory site visit FOR TENDER NEGOTIATION NO. 792864-2019/2020 on 7th April 2020 at 11:00am. The site is located at the precincts of County Assembly of Machakos along Mwatu Wa Ngoma road Machakos county.
Original bid bonds will be received and registered by the opening committee on the opening date.
Tender documents can be obtained from the Assembly website: www.machakosassembly.go.ke or at the IFMIS Portal: http://supplier.treasury.go.ke. Search for the bid document using the IFMIS negotiation Number.
Completed tender documents to be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender so as to be received on or before 14th April, 2020 at 11.00 a.m.
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Assembly board room, County Assembly hall on 14th April, 2020 at 11.00 a.m.
