Interested bidders should access the documents through the IFMIS PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS.
- A copy of business registration certificate/certificate of incorporation.
- A copy of PIN certificate.
- A copy of valid tax compliance certificate.
- Registration with the National Construction Authority (NCA 5 and above) in the category of Building/Electrical as may be applicable.
- Bid bond of 2% of the bid sum from a reputable financing institution or an insurance firm
- 5% performance Bond for (Installation and Commissioning of Solar Market Light)
- Form of tender correctly filled, signed, and witnessed as required.
- 8- Confidential business questionnaire duly filled and signed.
- A copy of valid single business permit (S.B.P)
- Recent CR12 certificate
NOTE:
- Canvasing is highly discouraged and may lead to automatic disqualification.
- NCA is not a requirement for tender no 3 &4
III. Special group to attach AGPO Certificate or registration certificate in the special category
Prices quoted should be net, inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period (120) days from the closing date of the tender.
Complete tender document should be submitted through the supplier portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke on or before Monday 31st March, 2021. Original bid security must be delivered to Homa Bay County Supply Chain Management Office during the normal office hours before the closing date.
Also note that due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic in the country, bidders are advised to arrange for site visits at individual levels before submitting quotes.
