The Ministry of Education, State Department for Vocational and Technical Training invites sealed tender for:

Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document

  1. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested
  2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at Ministry of Education – State Department for Vocational and Technical Training Hqs, Jogoo House B– Procurement Office 8th Floor, Rm 810, from 8:30am – 12:30pm and 2:00pm-5:00pm from Monday to
  3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of non-refundable fees of KES 1,000.00 at the SDVTT cash office 9th floor. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website: education.go.ke.
  4. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website education.go.ke. Tenderers who down load the tender doc- ument must forward their particulars immediately to procurementvtt@education.go.ke, to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
  5. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening of
  6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a bid security of Kenya Shillings One Million (KES 1,000,000) .The bid security shall be in the form of a bank guarantee and must be from a reputable financial
