PROVISION OF WEB APPLICATION FIREWALL SOLUTION, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
TENDER(ITT) NUMBER: IEBC/OT/014/26/2025 – 2026
1. The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) invites sealed tenders for the
Provision of Web Application Firewall Solution, Support and Maintenance contract for a period of
3 years’ renewable annually upon satisfactorily services.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Competitive method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours at the IEBC Procurement Anniversary Towers Fifth Floor Room
No. 514 during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. -1:00 p.m. and 2.00p.m. – 4.30p.m.
4 A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates by downloading free
of charge from IEBC Website at www.iebc.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download
the tender documents through the website are advised to register with the Supply Chain Office or
email their contacts through procurement@iebc.or.ke immediately in order to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by tender Security of Fifty Thousand Shillings Only (Kshs 50,000) valid
for 210 days from date of opening the tender in any of the forms approved by PPRA.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 28th April, 2026 11:00 am
East African Time. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address above.
- Late tenders will be rejected.
